“HeatPress” or “HeatSeal”

HeatPress or HeatSeal, is the industries Bread and Butter and for very good reason. Its perfect for simple single or dual colour logos on small quantity orders. With minimal set up fees and no minimum order its often the choice when getting your first set of workwear.

HeatPress – Woven Badges

HeatPress Woven badges are a great alternative to embroidery, especially when the logo has either very fine detail, or more than 6 colours. Often the choice for sports garments and large corporate orders. It benefits from having no “Pass-Through” of threads, meaning the inside of the garment remains perfectly smooth. They are subject to a £65 Set-up Charge and a minimum quantity of 40 badges purchased .

In-House Embroidery

“Applique” or Direct to garment embroidery is often the next step up from HeatPress or HeatSeal branding. Longer lasting and more professional it is perfect for looking the part.  A £65 one time set-up fee applies, after which there is no minimum quantity order.

HeatPress – Embroidered Badges

HeatPress Embroidered badges are a great alternative to “Applique” embroidery. A great choice for large workwear orders, offering quicker production time with more flexibility of applicaiton. It benefits from having no “Pass-Through” of threads, meaning the inside of the garment remains perfectly smooth. They are subject to a £65 Set-up Charge and a minimum quantity of 40 badges purchased .

Full Colour “HeatPress”

Traditionally “HeatPress” or “HeatSeal” logos were limited to 3 or 4 colours. But with fully printable Heatpress, logos that previously would have had to have been modified can now be applied simply and easily. Minimal set up fees and no minimum order

HeatPress – Silicone Badges

HeatPress Silicone Badges are a very specialist form of logo application. Its almost exclusively used by sports teams, offering full colour printing while still retaining 3d elements. It benefits from having no “Pass-Through” of threads, meaning the inside of the garment remains perfectly smooth. They are subject to a £65 Set-up Charge and a minimum quantity of 40 badges purchased .
